Are cell phones allowed during the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, we welcome guests to take photos and videos during the ceremony! We just ask that you please keep your phones on silent mode, be mindful of others by avoiding standing in the aisles or blocking anyone's view, and be present during this special time.

Are children invited to the wedding?
Answer
We are so excited to celebrate with all of our family and friends! However, due to capacity, the wedding will be adult only.

May I bring a plus one?

We are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If you have a special circumstance, please reach out to Taylor and Chris.

Can I bring a physical gift?
Answer
Your presence is a gift in itself. If you choose to graciously purchase a physical gift for the wedding, we ask that it is shipped to our home in Virginia due to travel and limited space in our car.

How should I prepare for the outdoor parts of the wedding?
Answer
Since we are hoping for the ceremony to take place outside, we recommend bringing a light layer to stay warm and comfortable. For the ladies, please note that the ceremony will be held on the lawn, so consider your choice of heels or shoes accordingly.

Yes! Parking is available at the venue, and valet service will be provided.

What if I have an allergy or a dietary restriction?
Answer
We want all of our guests to enjoy the celebration without any worries. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let your waiter know and they will ensure that suitable meal options are available for you.

Are all of the events at 1 location
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and after party are all being held at the Ashford Estate. The brunch, held the day after the wedding, is at the hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn Hamilton.
