As part of our hotel arrangements, it is required that all guests attending the wedding stay at our designated hotel and book through our personalized link to be included in the room block. Third-party bookings (like Expedia, etc.) will not be accepted for our wedding. When it comes to flights, we want to make it as easy and flexible as possible for you. You are welcome to book your flights through any site or airline that works best for you. A Few Helpful Travel Tips: If you are planning to attend both the Welcome Party on Friday, November 6, 2026, and the Wedding Day on Sunday, November 8, 2026, we kindly ask that you plan your flights with enough time to account for any potential delays in travel. This will ensure you don’t miss out on any part of the celebration! Suggested Travel Timeline: Arriving: We recommend flying in anytime Thursday (11/05/2026), with the latest arrival being early Friday morning to make sure you're here in time for the Welcome Party that evening. Departure: For those attending both events, we suggest flying out anytime Monday (11/09/2026) since our wedding will run until 1am the night before. These are just recommendations to help make your travel as smooth as possible — you are free to book any flights that work best for you! Airport and Transportation Information: We recommend flying into Cancun International Airport (CUN), as it is a little over 30 minutes away from the hotel. To make your travel more efficient and cost-effective, we suggest booking transportation in advance through websites like Expedia to coordinate with your flight times. This will help reduce travel costs and ensure a safer and smoother arrival, as taxis can be expensive and less reliable. Important Reminder: Please make sure your passport and any other required travel documents are active and in order prior to your flight to avoid any last-minute issues.
