This is a full day event, with optional shuttle service to and from Waikiki. Recommendation: book in advance.
Pearl Harbor National Memorial
You will need to make a reservation to visit the Arizona Memorial in advance of your trip - spots get snapped up very fast. Do not wait until the last minute for this one.
Dole Plantation
Even for those with pineapple allergies, the maze is amazing :-)
Downtown Honolulu
Soak in some Royal Hawaiian history with Iolani Palace being the focal point.
Diamond Head Crater Hike
Lots of steps!!! But the climb is worth the view.
Makapuʻu Point Lighthouse Trail
This hike has a well-paved trail all the way up to the lighthouse. If you are lucky, you might get to see another of the Hawaiian islands, or even a whale.
Kalakaua Avenue
We look at this as 'The Strip' with things happening day and night.
