Yes! Call the hotel at (301) 822-9200 and select option 8 to get the front desk. Inform the hotel that you are staying for the Caulfield-Rudenko wedding. The room block will be held until 5/27, so be sure to reserve your room soon to get the discounted rate.
There is parking on-site, and parking will be validated for overnight guests upon check-out. If you are staying overnight, please be sure to park in the hotel parking lot instead of the conference center parking garage.
There are two drop-off circles at the hotel. Both the circle off of Marinelli RD and the Circle off of Executive BLVD will gain you access to the building. The executive BLVD circle is closer to the conference center side of the venue if you are just coming for the ceremony and reception. If you plan on checking into the hotel first, the Marinelli RD circle is closer to the front desk.
For material printing purposes, we would like our final count to be in by May 19th, however, the absolute cutoff for RSVPs will be June 12th. If you aren't sure if you will be able to attend just yet, let us know and we can follow up before June 12th to confirm.
