How do I reserve my room?

Answer

It is required that all reservations be made exclusively through our Travel Advisor, Roshini Bala, to ensure the group benefits. Once you fill the form under the "Travel" section, she will reach out to you. Please note there is a MINIMUM of 3 nights stay required by the property. We recommend staying *at least* from Thursday night to Saturday night and checking out Sunday morning .

When do I have to RSVP by?

Answer

You have up until January 15, 2026 to RSVP and book your room.

What is the deposit to reserve my room?

Answer

There is no deposit needed.

Question

What are the payment and cancellation deadlines?

Answer

The last day to cancel is Feb 25, 2026, to receive a full refund. The package balance must be paid on or before February 15, 2026.

Do we have to pay a service fee for the travel agent?

Answer

Nope.

Why is it important to book as a part of the wedding group?

Answer

Booking as part of the group guarantees a fixed price and allows you to be a part of the wedding.

What’s the estimated cost per guest?

Answer

The stay for 3 nights is approximately $1200 per room assuming you're staying in a standard room (room upgrades are available for additional charges). Kids and teens stay free. This rate includes free airport transfers. There is a $500 resort credit if you stay 4 or more nights. Also, consider flights and other types of travel insurance (completely optional). Each guest is allowed a plus one. If you do not have someone to share the room with and would like assistance being paired with another guest, please let our travel planner, Roshini Bala, know.

How can I get $500 applied towards my hotel costs if I stay 4 or more nights?

Answer

When you book through our travel agent, Roshini Bala, $500 will be applied as resort credit if you stay for 4 or more nights. This $500 CANNOT be used towards the cost for the price of your hotel. This $500 credit CAN be applied towards spa treatment, shore excursions, and golf club services. Once you complete your booking, you can contact our travel planner for more information.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Yes! Every one of our guests gets a plus one. Just make sure to include their information when booking your package.

Can I extend my stay before or after the wedding?

Answer

Yes! You’re welcome to extend your stay before or after the wedding dates. Please inform our travel coordinator during booking to receive the group rate for additional nights (subject to availability).

Who do I contact for help with room booking or questions?

Answer

We’ve partnered with a travel agent who can assist you with all travel and booking needs. You can fill out the form on the "Travel/Bookings" page and our travel coordinator will get in touch with you.

Who is responsible for covering travel and accommodation costs?

Answer

Each guest is responsible for covering their own travel and accommodation expenses.

Do I need a visa to travel to Mexico?

Answer

From the USA or Canada: No visa is required for tourists. Just ensure your passport is valid for the duration of your stay. From India: Yes, Indian passport holders need a visa unless you hold a valid US, UK, Canadian visa, in which case, you can enter Mexico without a separate Mexican visa. What are the passport requirements?

Answer

All travelers must have a valid passport. We recommend ensuring it has at least 6 months of validity from your travel date to avoid any issues.

What do I do if I need help booking flights?

Answer

Flights are not included, as prices vary. If you need help purchasing tickets, our travel agent can help you. (Most of our guests will fly in Thursday to make it to the pool party and will leave Sunday.)

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

Please book your flight to Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s the closest airport to the resort, and transfers will be provided from there.

Are airport transfers included?

Answer

Yes! Round-trip airport transfers between Cancun International Airport and the resort are included for guests who: - Book within the wedding group room block. - Are sharing a room (maximum 2 guests per room are covered). If you have more than 2 people per room, additional transfers can be arranged at an extra cost.

What if I'm arriving separately from my roommate?

Answer

Transfers are arranged based on your flight details. Our travel coordinator can help with this.

What is included in the reservations?

Answer

Reservations include: Ground transportation and all-inclusive accommodations (meals, drinks, and resort activities). Flights are not included.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes, it's a family-friendly resort, so you're welcome to bring your children. Kids and teens stay free! Moon Palace offers a kids club called The Playroom, for children aged 4 years and up where they can play in the different areas and take part in activities with food and drinks provided and a team of dedicated staff. Children under the age of 4 are also welcome, however, they must always be accompanied by a parent or adult family member.

What Amenities Are Available for Babies at the Resorts?

Answer

Pushchairs and cribs are provided, subject to availability. Moon Palace also offers a special baby purée menu that includes fruits, vegetables, and chicken, all salt-free and sugar-free. The team will meet with you to discuss dietary restrictions and allergies.

If you would like to borrow Indian clothes from Neil or Nishita, please reach out to them.
