Check-in and key contacts
To expedite the check-ins please have a Government issued ID card on hand upon arrival. If you have any questions or need further assistance during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Call or Text - Surabhi (841-195-3474), Kenisha Reception (801-087-4296).
Extra Comforts:
We will be providing extra bottles of water and a few snacks in your room to ensure your comfort. A kettle, along with tea, coffee, sugar, and stirrers, will also be available as part of the room set-up.
Sunscreen and Sunglasses:
While the mornings and evenings are comfortably pleasant the day sun can be a bit harsh, so we highly recommend bringing sunscreen and sunglasses to enjoy the festivities in comfort.
Shawls & Warmth:
Since early morning and late evening weather can be a bit chilly, we recommend carrying a shawl or a light sweater. We will also have spare shawls for your use during outdoor events for anyone who forgets to bring one.
Ironing:
Should you need it, there will be an iron and ironing board which can be made available in your room. Call or text Kenisha Reception (801-087-4296) to make the request preferably an hour beforehand.
Stilettos off, comfy footwear on:
We highly recommend all the lovely ladies to go with comfort and stay away from stilettos as all the events are in an outdoor setup.
Luggage Security:
To ensure the safety of your personal belongings, especially valuables like jewelry, we recommend carrying number locks or any other locks for your bags. While the resort is completely safe, there will be many outside vendors on site, so it’s best to take extra precautions.
Prescribed Medications & Hearing Aids:
As this is a destination wedding, please remember to bring any prescribed medications you may need, as well as hearing aids and batteries if applicable.
