Villa Passalacqua was constructed in the 1700s by Count Passalacqua, who had been granted the property by a Northern Papal family, the Odescalchis. It's hosted several notable figures, including Napoleon Buonaparte, composer Vincenzo Bellini (whom the famous drink is named after) and Winston Churchill.
