Please RSVP as soon as possible and book your room by Jan 28, 2025 because the room block will close after that.

How can I book the hotel through the wedding room block ?

If you are interested in booking a suite, you will have to call the hotel and let them know that you want to book under the Ainpudi/Ravipati room block.

Can I bring a plus one, my kids, or pets?

While we love you and everyone in your lives, due to restrictions with the hotel and venue capacities we kindly request that you only bring the number of people/fur babies listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Please refer to the "Schedule" tab for dress codes for each respective event.

Do I need to rent a car or is there transportation to and from each event?

Answer

All events will be taking place at the hotel, so once you get to the hotel, you will not have to worry about that! Meals will be provided at all events from Friday to Sunday, however the hotel also has many amazing restaurants and bars.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel and back?

Answer

The hotels are about a 25 minute drive from the Orlando airport, and the best way to get there will be via uber!

Is there parking at the hotel?

Answer

Valet parking is available for event guests at a discounted rate of 50% off the prevailing rates per vehicle. Valet Parking is $20 per vehicle Self Parking is $15 per vehicle. Please mention "Ainpudi & Ravipati" Wedding"
