For out-of-town guests, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) will be your best (and cheapest) option for flying into and out of Seattle. From SEA airport, you can take a ride-share to your Hotel. Depending on your location in the city, it will be a 30 - 45 minute ride.

Transportation to Seattle Events

All wedding-related events in Seattle (on Thursday and Friday) are within three miles of each other. Using Uber/Lyft would be very easy to get to and from events safely! You are also welcome to rent a car for convenience.

Transportation to Vashon for Saturday Wedding & Reception

Max's home is on Vashon Island, a 20min ferry ride from Seattle! For guests taking the shuttle, please arrive to Staybridge Suites lobby at 11:00 AM on Saturday (119 Mercer St, Seattle, WA 98109). Other guests are driving to Vashon -- please take an early ferry! We recommend getting in line at the Fauntleroy ferry terminal no later than 11:00 AM.

We have reserved a hotel room block for our guests! The major benefit of this hotel is the excellent cancellation policy (fully refundable up to 24 hours before stay, with no advance deposit). #1: The hotel has TWO room types.
