San Francisco International Airport (SFO) Distance from venue: 88 mi (~1 hr and 35 min drive) Oakland International Airport (OAK) Distance from venue: 80 mi (~1 hr and 25 min drive) * It is easiest to rent a car from either airport and drive to Camp Newman. * Ride-sharing apps and a few shuttle buses are available between SFO and Santa Rosa. * If you are interested in sharing a rental car or driving up to camp with other guests, please let us know your travel plans and we will help you coordinate rides!

Camp Newman

There are two housing options available at camp; hotel-style rooms or bunk rooms. More information, including pictures of the rooms, can be found on the housing form. The button "view" below will redirect you to the housing form. The link can also be found in the RSVP tab. Option A: The Lodge The Lodge features upscale, hotel-style rooms equipped with a queen bed, a private bathroom, mini fridge, microwave & Keurig coffee maker and a private small outdoor seating area. Capacity for these rooms is 2 guests. Option B: The Village Centrally located steps from the dining commons and the community center, these cabins are located around the periphery of the large sports field. Each suite includes four sets of bunk beds with one private bathroom. All cabins include A/C and heat. We will likely have 3-4 people staying in each cabin so if you choose this option, you will be sharing a cabin with a few other people! For everyone staying at camp, all meals (and snacks) will be provided. Don't worry, we won't let you go hungry!

Hotel Block at DoubleTree Hotel Santa Rosa

We have a hotel block at the Double Tree by Hilton in Santa Rosa for those wishing to stay off-site but still close to the action! Additionally, the Double Tree offers an Airport Express shuttle ($48 to or from SFO and OAK). Please note there will not be transportation from the hotel to the camp for any events. Distance from camp: 20 mi (~25 min drive)
