We encourage everyone to stay at the camp, as this will let you get the most out of our weekend-at-camp wedding! If you would rather stay off-site, you are welcome to join us at camp for as many or as few activities and events as you would like.
No, each person will be provided with a pillow and pillowcase, blanket, fitted and top sheets, and a set of body and hand towels. Additionally, there’s AC and heat in every room.
Definitely! The summer days in California are warm but It will get chilly once the sun goes down, so bring an extra jacket or sweatshirt. Layers are always best!
We want people feeling fun, festive, and celebratory! Leave the tuxedos at home and think suits and ties and colorful dresses.
No. There will be no transportation provided throughout the weekend. If you are staying at the Double Tree there is an airport shuttle service. Additionally, there are Ubers/Lyfts available in the area.
On Saturday night, the party will be on concrete. On Sunday, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be on a grassy field. The following reception will be on concrete. Don’t forget sneakers or comfortable walking shoes for Sunday’s activities and down time.

Ah, the great outdoors! We will have bug spray (and sunscreen) in a central location, but feel free to bring extra.
The bathrooms in the hotel-style rooms are typical bathrooms, 1 shower, toilet, and double sink. The bathrooms in the cabins have 3 toilet stalls and 2 showers per room. Pictures of each are available on the housing form.
We will not be providing transportation to/from airports or the off-site hotels. Rental cars are a good option, and we highly encourage carpooling. Additionally, ubers/lyfts are available in the area.
