It was a cold night in Havertown, Pennsylvania in 2002 when a car pulled up to John’s place of employment where he was a gas service attendant. Emerging from the car was a spunky blonde girl whom his friend (and his gf) was setting him up with. Little did they both know how much their lives would both change in that moment. The two dated over the next year even though they literally only saw each other on weekends due to school/work/firefighting/cheerleading (can you guess which one had which activity lol). Like many high-school relationships, their time together eventually ended causing an unforeseen chain of events. The next 10+ years both of them lived through enough life events that it was almost like an entire lifetime. All of these events combined made them individually stronger, happier, and healthier souls. Fast forward many many years and through the magic of Facebook in late 2014, Michelle found John and sent him a message. The two chatted and then arranged a time to meet to catch up like old friends. They met up and went to Barnaby’s Restaurant to catch up. Michelle knew from that night on that they wouldn’t be able to remain just friends. Little did they each know that years later ya’ll would be reading their story on their wedding page 😘
