We suggest arriving between 3:15 - 3:55 PM to best allow for navigation off the parkway, parking, and the short walk down to your seat. Ceremony processional starts at 4:00 PM. Thank you for making the trip to celebrate with us!
Of course! Food will be served during cocktail hour and there will be a buffet-style dinner at the reception. Please be sure to include any food allergies when submitting your response.
Our wedding dress code is cocktail attire, but feel free to lean into the beauty of spring with floral dresses, bold colors, or lighter suits if desired. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing white or cream dresses, reserving these shades for the bride.
There is a large gravel parking lot on site, with a short walk to all areas of the venue. We suggest wearing shoes that are comfortable for walking on gravel or grass with gentle slopes. Those wearing heels may prefer a wider heel or wedges over stilettos.
No—standard vehicles and sedans can access the venue without issue, we've easily done it ourselves! However, if you have the option, a 4x4 or all-wheel drive vehicle may be more comfortable on the mountain roads.
If your invitation includes “& Guest,” then yes! If your guest’s name was not printed on the envelope, please include their first and last name when submitting your RSVP so we can seat you together.
If your invitation was addressed to your family, we have included your children in our guest count should you choose to have them attend. If so, please include each child’s first name when submitting your RSVP and visit the ‘Things to Do’ page for recommended family-friendly activities and attractions in the area. If you’re on the fence about bringing your children, please reach out to us by phone or at kaitlynandneal2026@gmail.com. We’re happy to help answer any questions about the venue or area as you decide.
If your named partner, spouse, or guest is unable to attend and you would like to bring someone else in their place, please include your alternate guest’s first and last name when submitting your RSVP.
Please include any food allergies in your RSVP, specifying the person to whom they apply. Along with our caterer, we will do our best to ensure there are options for everyone to enjoy safely during both cocktail hour and dinner. Additionally, professional catering staff will be available to answer any questions you may have about ingredients in the food being served.
We are currently exploring all transportation options for our guests. Please check back later.
