La Chata is a great place to try out if you want to eat typical Mexican food. Nicole says order the enchiladas con mole pipián. Ben says, "try most stuff on the menu," but to be more specific, tortas ahogadas, pozole, and tostadas. There's often a line, but it goes by pretty quickly. This location is in Guadalajara's centro histórico.
