Is the Royalton Riviera Cancun an all-inclusive resort?

Answer

Yes, the Royalton Riviera Cancun is an all-inclusive resort. All lodging, meals, and beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) are included with your room rate.

Are my flights included in the cost of the reservation.

Answer

No. Flights must be booked separately.

Question

How soon can I book my room?

Answer

We are asking all guests who plan to attend to begin booking your rooms now using the "Getting to Cancun" tab. Deposits are $150pp (based on double occupancy) and final payments are due mid-August 2022. If you are a single person booking, be advised that deposits may be slightly higher.

Are children invited to the ceremony and/reception?

Answer

Unfortunately, while we would love to have all of our young family members join in our celebration, with the exception of children in the wedding party, we have decided to limit our guest list to adults only.

Can my family travel with me and not attend the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Stay tuned. We want to check with the resort to see what, if any implications this will have on our guest count.

Is the room deposit refundable?

Answer

Deposits are non-refundable and based on double-person occupancy. If booking as a single occupant, the deposit may be higher.

Is there a room block for making reservations?

Answer

No, but there is a discounted rate for our attendees. Guests are responsible for securing their own room reservations and payment arrangements using our booking site under the "Getting to Cancun" tab.

Can I stay more than the minimum 4 nights?

Answer

Absolutely.

Is ground transportation to/fro the airport included in the all-inclusive rate?

Answer

No, but guests will have the option to add ground transportation to their reservation at the time of booking.

How do I know what the rooms look like?

Answer

We advise visiting the resort's website, as well as checking out videos on YouTube to view the particular room type you are considering. Many past travelers have created detailed and helpful reviews of the rooms to assist you in making a well-informed decision.

If I've already reserved my room, where I can make additional payments?

Answer

If you've already guaranteed your reservation with a deposit, please check your email for your unique link to your Guest Dashboard. You can make payments, request modifications, and much more! Final Payments Due 65 days prior to your departure date. Please check your Guest Dashboard for your specific Final Payment Date. *Your Guest Dashboard link may take up to 3 business days to arrive in your email*

Does the resort price match?

Answer

Yes, but price matching must be done at the time of booking and will only be honored once. Price matching requests must be submitted on the same day as the deposit.

Do I have to be vaccinated to attend?

Answer

As of now, no, but please stay tuned daily changes to global health requirements remain fluid. To date, all guests must adhere to U.S. and Mexico travel guidelines. In addition, all health and safety requirements of the resort, regarding testing and/proof of vaccination and the use of masks must be adhered to. All guests will be required to wear masks when indoors, unless eating or drinking. Please note that we can't control what happens globally and ask that you pay close attention to any changes in requirements, as our travel date draws near.
