Yes! Please obtain a passport if you do not have one! You will need to apply for a passport months in advance because you will not get it as soon as you apply. If you already have one, check to make sure it isn't expired.
Spain's currency is the euro. To pay for items in Spain you can either: 1. Go to a currency exchange prior to travel if you want to bring cash with you. Note: they will likely charge you an exchange fee and some places will not give you the cash right away, so you would need to do this a few weeks before traveling. 2. Get a credit card that doesn't charge international fees. We use the Apple Card and don't get charged any fees when purchasing items in Spain. The only downside to that card is you need to own an iPhone to activate it.
We love flying with Iberia! I would recommend NOT flying with Air Europa, we have had awful experiences with them.
We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 12 on our wedding day.

Honestly, I've never had bad food when visiting A Coruña. Try to be spontaneous and pick any place and try it out! Keep in mind, Spain doesn't rely on a tipping culture, so you do not have to tip when going out to eat.
