Mohit and Navya both went to Pharmacy school but that isn’t how they met… Not too long ago, Navya graduated from Northeastern University to become a clinical pharmacist; whereas, Mohit was on his way to becoming an industry pharmacist from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy. Both completely different paths in pharmacy. After college, the two veered off to NYC to make it in the big city. The very city their love would grow and flourish... One summer evening, Mohit was at a friends wedding reception in Long Island, where he was introduced to a very interesting uncle, Sam (Navya's father). After conversing about pharma, technological advancements, and business, Mohit eagerly added him on LinkedIn. Sam had one request, please help my daughter find her place in pharma, because she doesn’t want to be in the hospital nor does she want to work with me! Mohit agreed to help Navya on her quest. A few weeks had passed and each were consumed by their busy lives. Come Labor Day weekend, Mohit and his family friends celebrated the end of summer by attending the US Open. One uncle mentioned a family friend needed advice searching for a job and Mohit generously agreed to help. Mohit asked uncle to send over the resume and lo and behold, it was Navya Maddali. The name rang a bell, and Mohit quickly prioritized following-up with Sam. Shortly after, the two connected and planned to discuss job opportunities over drinks in Morristown. Navya and Mohit hit it off from the start. Their night quickly escalated from drinks, to a full dinner, and even late night aperitifs. They had such a great time that evening, they spent hours talking to each other about work and everything else. After a few more dinners and fun outings in the city the two became inseparable! Since the two have met, they have ventured to new and familiar places in the city, traveled the world, and visited over 200 restaurants. They continue to share these indulgences with friends and family, and share their everlasting love.
