Flight

Denver International Airport

From DIA, we suggest renting a car so that you can easily explore Boulder and the rest of Colorado. Cabs and car services from Denver to Boulder are an option but run $100+ each way, or use the GreenRide Boulder shuttle services (see next box). Once in Boulder, cabs and car services are more accessible and not as expensive. If you need help with any logistics or coordinating, please let us know.

Airport Shuttle service to and from a specified location. Hotel/home pick-up and drop-off, each way: $42 for the first person, +$10 for second person, +$5 for additional people up to 8. Check the website to make reservations in advance.

Residence Inn by Marriott

The Residences Inn and Boulder Marriott are our recommended hotels - we have both hotels with the same rate, and the hotels are next door from each other. Either one is a great option, we recommend the Residence Inn for families with children in the same room, as each room comes with a pull-out sofa couch and kitchenette. Hotel block under Lee/Kumar from Tuesday, May 11 through Tuesday, May 18, 2021 (only book the nights you need). As rates are based on availability, please book before April 12, 2021. $199/night (plus taxes and fees) for 1 King bed or 2 Queen beds, each room comes with a sofa bed and kitchenette. Airbnb Options

Boulder is a small tech hub and has embraced Airbnb. Here are some nice listings we found which are a great alternative if people want a larger space to accommodate more people, or are extending their stay and want a homier vibe. Most are centrally located in Downtown Boulder, some may be less central but are also in good areas. Important note: We have not stayed in these properties so we cannot personally vouch for them. Please read reviews and descriptions thoroughly and ask the host questions before booking!
