FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive between 4:00–4:15 PM to allow time for seating before the processional begins.

Question

Will parking and transportation be available?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available on site at the Farmhouse, and you’re welcome to leave your car overnight if you enjoy the open bar a little too much :) Shuttles will also be provided between the Hilton and the venue for your convenience. More details will be shared closer to the date.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for details of our hotel block.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal. For women, we recommend cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or a stylish jumpsuit. For men, dress pants with a button-down shirt and a blazer or sport coat is perfect, ties are optional but welcome. Think dressed up but not black tie. Our bridal party will be wearing dark green, please try and to avoid this color if possible. Please keep in mind, weather permitting the ceremony will take place outdoors.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation included a “plus one,” you’ll see that option when you RSVP. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kiddos, we really do! But this party is just for the grown ups. We’ve made a small exception for a few teen family members, but otherwise we’re keeping it adults only for the night. Think of it as a mini vacation: dinner, drinks, and dancing without having to share your dessert!

Question

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Absolutely! We’ll have cocktail hour, buffet dinner, dessert, and an open bar. Come hungry!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Question

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting! Mid October usually brings that perfect fall breeze, but we recommend bringing a wrap or light jacket just in case it gets a little chilly.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st after receiving your invitation. This helps us finalize our wedding arrangements and ensure we can accommodate all our cherished guests and have an accurate headcount for the venue.
