Hampton Inn & Suites Leesburg

Due to the COVID-19 quarantine and the necessary change in date of the wedding, there is NO LONGER a room block at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Leesburg. All original reservations made under the May 2020 room block have been cancelled. HOWEVER, there are still rooms available at the Hampton Inn when you book individually. But the hotel is almost booked up because there are 5 other weddings already booked for that weekend. So, if you don't have reservations, be sure to make them now! Homewood Suites by Hilton Leesburg, VA

Due to the COVID-19 quarantine and the necessary change in date of the wedding, there is NO LONGER a room block at the Homewood Suites in Leesburg. All original reservations made under the May 2020 room block have been cancelled. HOWEVER, there are still rooms available at the Homewood when you book individually. Dulles Airport

Dulles Airport (IAD) is the closest airport to the Leesburg area ( approximately a 20 minute drive). Once you arrive, simply follow the signs for Ground Transportation or Taxi to the lower level of the Terminal, DOWN the ramp to Door 2 or Door 6). A customer service representative is available 24-hours a day. Below are transportation options for getting to your hotels: -Washington Flyer Taxi. No reservations are necessary for taxi service. Once you get your bags, follow signs for Taxi. The cost is approximately $45+tip. -Uber. Download the app and enter the hotel address. Approximately $30+. -Lyft. Download the app and enter the hotel address. Approximately $30+. -Super Shuttle. Uniformed curb representatives are onsite between 6:00AM – 2:00AM daily to assist you. -International Arrivals: Exit Door #2 and proceed to the SuperShuttle boarding area located on the middle Curb 2B. Estimated cost for a shared ride is $19+ and for a non-stop $75+.

Buses from Hotel

September 20, 2020 4:45 pm - 11:00 pm

For our guests' convenience and safety, there will be chartered buses (Road Yachts) that will pick up guests from ONLY the Leesburg hotels, the Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites promptly at 4:15-4:40 pm. Guests in Ashburn hotels that wish to utilize this shuttle service will need to take transportation to the Leesburg hotels to board the shuttle to and from the venue. The buses will leave for Stone Tower Winery promptly at 5:00 pm. Buses will leave the reception at 11:00 pm and return to the hotels by 11:30 pm. NOTE: Please indicate on the RSVP if you plan to take the optional shuttle transportation or not, even if you are only taking it one way.

Travel Note

Parking

There is plenty of free parking at the venue. The road down from the winery can be difficult to navigate in the dark, so we recommend that guests take the chartered buses or take Uber/Lyft from the hotels. Please note: if you Uber or Lyft to the venue, you will need to take the buses back to the hotel as the venue advises that Uber/Lyft is reluctant to pick riders up from Stone Tower late at night. If you plan to take the shuttle back to Leesburg, please indicate that on your RSVP.
