Are kids invited?

Answer

We love all your children and wish we could invite everyone in your family, however, due to the limitations on how many guests are allowed, we have limited invites to children over 16, with the exception of the flower girls and ring bearers. We are arranging for childcare at the Leesburg hotels for those out-of-town guests who need sitters. Please contact tracey.naughton@comcast.net if you require this service.

Is there a shuttle to and from the venue?

Yes. Please check our Travel and Accommodations page for details. The shuttle is available to all our guests.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says, "and Guest", then yes, if not, we would prefer it just be you.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses. Ladies: for the outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, the terrain is on grass and gravel, so please wear flats, chunky heels or wedges for this portion of the wedding. To all: once the dancing starts, feel free to peel off jackets, ties and shoes!
