Flight
We recommend flying into Burbank airport if you are able to. Only a few miles from the venue and hotels, the Burbank airport is by far the most convenient option.
Flight
If you feel like getting the true LA experience, you can fly into LAX and enjoy the charming 405 traffic or mystifying freeway maps through downtown LA. If LAX is the better option, we recommend factoring in arrival time to avoid rush hour. It can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours to get to Burbank.
Hotel
Our two hotels are a block from each other and easily walkable to downtown Burbank, where you can access restaurants and shops. The Springhill rooms are small studio-style suites with a fridge, microwave, desk, and couch. The cost of a suite should range from $219-$239/night (Thursday through Monday) depending on if you want 1 or 2 beds guaranteed. Book by June 5th to lock in the group rate. If you prefer to call Marriott reservations at 1-888-287-9400 , make sure you give them the group block name: Cohen Bass Wedding Room Block. Parking: On-site lot for $25/night. There is also plenty of free, easy street parking near downtown Burbank. Contact us for more info.
Hotel
Cost for either a 2-queen room or a 1-king room should be $204/night under the room block. Block is good for Friday through Monday. Book by June 18th! Parking: $11/day for self parking
Travel Note
Shuttle pick up: Hilton Garden Inn, Downtown Burbank at 4:30 pm. The shuttle will leave promptly at 4:40 for Castaway. The shuttle to the venue is for out of town guests staying at the hotel blocks. If you require assistance with transportation to the venue, please let us know. There will be two shuttles heading back from Castaway to the Hilton Garden Inn at 10:30 and 11:00 PM
