Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony? Where do I park?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:00 pm and you will need to take a shuttle from the parking area to the ceremony site, so we strongly recommend you arrive 25-30 minutes early. Parking is at the venue, but you will need to hop on a shuttle to get to the ceremony and reception area, so, keep that in mind when arriving! Parking and shuttle services will be open one hour before the ceremony starts.

Question

What do I do if I am late to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:00 pm, we recommend guests arrive at least 25-30 minutes early to allow time for parking, mingling, and finding a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you there!

Question

What's the best way to RSVP? When should i RSVP by?

Answer

You can click the "RSVP" tab here on our wedding website, if you have trouble please send Madison a text to RSVP at (949)291-5895. We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 7th, 2023, if you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a "no" as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!

Question

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. Whats the best way to let you know?

Answer

Please text Madison your dietary restrictions/allergies at (949)291-5895 so she can give the caterers a heads-up.

Question

is it okay to take pictures with our phones during the ceremony?

Answer

We love photos, however, we plan on having an unplugged ceremony so we do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. That way our photographer and videographer have no obstacles in their way.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, the reception will take place indoors.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unless otherwise stated on your invitation, we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests or plus-ones at this time. We thank you for understanding that we would like to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Question

what is the attire? ARe there colors or attire to avoid?

Answer

The attire is formal. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride such as white, ivory, or cream shades of color. Our wedding party will be wearing dusty sage, so to avoid any confusion you will also want to avoid that color!

Question

Answer

#HappilyEverCantwell2023

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will not be an open bar but a cash bar will be available. Please remember to bring your ID and cash if you plan on getting drinks.
