For your convenience, we have a block of rooms reserved at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Waltham for August 29, 2024 to September 4, 2024. Please book using the link above or call the hotel and reference the Cray and Cassidy wedding. If using the block, please book before August 2, 2024. We suggest booking sooner rather than later. Shuttle
September 1, 2024 2:45 pm - 10:20 pm
We will provide a shuttle to and from the Embassy Suites hotel (550 Winter Street in Waltham) to the Pierce House. The first shuttle loop will arrive at 2:30 PM and aim to depart at 2:45 PM for the venue, arriving at 3 PM. Water will be available at the venue. We understand this is early, but we invite you to come explore the Pierce House, gardens, and grounds! The second loop will return to the hotel at 3:15 PM and depart at 3:25 PM. This will be the final shuttle trip to the venue. At the end of the night, the reception will end at 10:00 PM. There will be two shuttle trips back to the hotel. The first will arrive and begin boarding at 9:45 PM, departing around 10:00 PM, dropping folks off at the hotel at 10:15 PM. The second will arrive at the venue at 10:25-10:30 PM. This is the final shuttle. Note the shuttle has a 55 person maximum- please consider this when deciding which trip you would like to take.

If you miss the shuttles, we kindly ask you to utilize a taxi or rideshare service to the venue as parking is limited. Please aim to arrive no later than 3:45 PM as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.

If you are not staying at the Embassy Suites at 550 Winter Street, you can still use the shuttle. Please arrange parking with hotel staff if you drive to the hotel. You may also use a taxi or ride share service. We encourage you to do this- we want folks to be able enjoy themselves and not worry about driving back (unless you have a designated driver)! Please note that the shuttle has a 55 person maximum per trip. We invite you to consider this when deciding which trip you would like to take.

Yes! Waltham has many Uber and Lyft drivers, as well as several taxi services. Many offer a scheduled ride option, so you can enter the details have your pickup and drop off pre-arranged.

It will take about 15 minutes to arrive at the venue, but we have allocated time for folks to board and get comfortable. Please do note that there is a 55 person capacity per bus.
