What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is cocktail attire. For our late summer wedding, our ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn. We suggest that folks wear a lightweight suit in any color, a cocktail dress, or dressy separates.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is limited parking available at the venue. There will be a shuttle that will bring folks to the venue from the hotel and back to the hotel at the end of the night. Please see the Travel section for details about the shuttle. We encourage you to use the shuttle or a taxi/ride share service unless you have a designated driver. We want you to enjoy yourselves! If you are not staying at the Embassy Suites or miss the shuttle, there are various taxi and ride share services available in Waltham. We encourage you to take the shuttle, use a ride share service, or have a designated driver.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We will have vegan and vegetarian food options available. The wedding is nut-free for our guests with nut allergies! Please reach out to the bride/groom/wedding party/family if you require additional accommodations.
Question
Is there a shuttle available to bring guests to and from the venue?
Answer
Yes! We will provide a shuttle to and from the Embassy Suites hotel (550 Winter Street in Waltham) to the Pierce House. The first shuttle loop will arrive at 2:30 PM and aim to depart at 2:45 PM for the venue, arriving at 3 PM. Water will be available at the venue. We understand this is early, but we invite you to come explore the Pierce House, gardens, and grounds! The second loop will return to the hotel at 3:15 PM and depart at 3:25 PM. This will be the final shuttle trip to the venue. At the end of the night, the reception will end at 10:00 PM. There will be two shuttle trips back to the hotel. The first will arrive and begin boarding at 9:45 PM, departing around 10:00 PM, dropping folks off at the hotel at 10:15 PM. The second will arrive at the venue at 10:25-10:30 PM. This is the final shuttle. Please note the shuttle’s capacity is 55 people. We invite you to consider this when deciding which trip you would like to take.
