These are less common, so availability may vary depending on your departure location. It's best to check for direct flights first. -Connecting Flight via Trinidad: If direct flights aren’t available, you can fly into Piarco International Airport (POS) in Port of Spain, Trinidad, and then take a short connecting flight to Tobago. Book your international flight to POS Trinidad (especially if traveling from the US or Canada). Then, use the Caribbean Airlines link provided here to book a flight from POS Trinidad to Tobago (ANR Robinson International Airport). (Click "view" to view the website) The flight between Trinidad and Tobago is very quick, typically around 15 minutes.

This locally owned hotel has graciously agreed to reserve all of its rooms exclusively for my wedding guests from May 14 to May 18, 2026 . Room prices range from about $73 USD - $195 USD per night. Room types include : Single rooms ( one Queen Bed) sleeps 2 adults about, Double rooms (2 Queen Beds ) sleeps 4 adults , and Family Suite ( 3 Queen Beds ) sleeps 6 adults. All rooms include Free parking and daily breakfast available for a fee. Each room is equipped with AC, mini fridge , Microwave ,TV , and Free Wifi. Travel Note
Arrival: Transportation will be provided from ANR Robinson International Airport to your designated hotel upon arrival in Tobago. Please provide your arrival date and time in the Google sheets link provided so that we can coordinate and plan pick ups. (Just click view!) Wedding Day: Transport will be provided to transport guests from their hotels to the church for the ceremony. After the ceremony, Shuttles will take everyone from the church to the reception venue. At the end of the night, transportation will be provided from the reception back to your hotel. (Times will be disclosed closer to the wedding date ) Exploring on Your Own: If you'd like to explore Tobago independently: We can provide contact information for reliable local taxi drivers. If you're interested in driving, we can also help arrange car rentals. And of course, my family is more than happy to assist with anything you need—just let me know!
