Bali’s weather in September is warm and tropical, with average temperatures around 80-86°F. We recommend light and breathable outfits, especially for outdoor events. Evenings may be slightly cooler with a gentle breeze.
Our dress code is Beach Formal. Suits, dress shirts, and slacks are ideal for men. For ladies, flowy maxi or midi dresses are lovely! We kindly ask that ladies avoid dark or patterned clothing but feel free to play with different textures.
The ceremony will be held inside the Apurva Chapel, while the cocktail hour and reception will take place outdoors. Please avoid flip-flops and pointed heels/stilettos, as some areas may have grass or uneven surfaces.
We recommend exchanging some IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) before arrival or using ATMs at the airport/hotel for the best exchange rates. Most hotels, restaurants, and retail shops accept credit cards, but some smaller shops and local vendors may only accept cash. You can also withdraw cash from ATMs, which are widely available. Avoid exchanging money at random street vendors to prevent scams.
The easiest way to get around is by ride-hailing apps such as 'Grab' and 'Gojek' (Uber is not available) or private drivers. Taxis are available, but make sure to use BlueBird taxis for reliable metered fares.
