**NEW INFO!: TRANSPORTATION The Ceremony starts @ 5:00 pm SHARP! @ the Northern Pacific Center (NPC) in the Luminary (look for signs) Madden's 4:00 pm - School Bus leaves for Ceremony Pick-up @ Town Hall Conference Center Entrance RETURN SHUTTLES FROM RECEPTION TO ALL RESORTS/HOTEL 9 pm 10:15 pm Midnight Cindy & Gary (parents of the bride), will be staying at Madden’s Friday & Saturday Evening. Madden’s Info: Check in is 4:30 pm and check out is 11:00 am. Please feel free to arrive early to enjoy the resort; if your room is ready early, we will be happy to check you in, otherwise, we guarantee that it will be ready by 4:30 pm. We ask that you check out of your room by 11:00 am, but please feel free to stay and enjoy the resort past check-out. *We understand if you choose Madden’s & are coming in the day of the wedding (Fri, 10/7) you may not have time to check-in & get ready in time for the Shuttle Pick-Up. In that case, you may want to consider coming in on Thursday to use Madden’s amenities (Golf, Pool, etc…) or other nearby Brainerd Area Activities! OR...Other Friday arrival options you might consider: 1. Go early directly to Madden's, check-in if your room is available, or if it isn't get ready in the lobby restrooms. The Shuttle will take you to the Wedding - time TBD. OR Come directly to NPC by 4:45 pm, leave your car overnight/take the shuttle back to Madden’s with your luggage, etc... Please plan for someone to bring you back to your car on Saturday, 10/8. If you plan on drinking, we respectfully request that you take the shuttle(s) provided back to Madden’s.
