Things To Do
Healdsburg is a great place to spend a few days. Here are some things worth checking out while you're in town:
Wine Tasting
The area sits at the crossroads of three major wine appellations: Dry Creek Valley, Alexander Valley, and Russian River Valley. There are tasting rooms all around the plaza and throughout the surrounding hills. Something for every preference, from bold reds to crisp whites.
Restaurants
Healdsburg has a genuinely great restaurant scene for its size. There are casual spots and some seriously impressive fine dining. Ask us for recommendations when you get there.
Downtown Plaza
The town square is compact, walkable, and worth a wander. Boutique shops, galleries, bakeries, good coffee. Easy way to spend a morning before the festivities start.
Getting Outside
If you want to get out of town for a bit, the area has solid options: hiking, cycling through Dry Creek Valley, kayaking on the Russian River, and some great drives through the vineyards.
