What should I wear?

Answer

Garden Party Formal. Dresses, suits, sport coats, or anything that feels special for an outdoor evening in wine country work great. Just remember you'll be outside on gravel for part of the evening. Stilettos are rough on that surface. Wedges and block heels are the move.

When do I need to arrive?

Answer

We'd love for everyone to be there by 3:30 PM. The ceremony kicks off at 4:00 PM sharp.

Is it inside or outside?

Answer

Both. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner are in the garden. Dancing happen inside, with easy access back out. September in Healdsburg is usually warm and dry, so the outdoor portions should be great.

Can my kids come?

We have a set headcount due to the venue's capacity limit, so attendance is limited to the people named on your invitation. If you have any questions about who's included, just reach out and we'll sort it out.

I have a dietary restriction. What do I do?

Just let us know in your RSVP. We'll make sure you're taken care of.

Where do I park?

Answer

Downtown Healdsburg has street parking and public lots throughout. If you're staying at one of the hotels nearby, you can walk to the venue.

We're dancing until 11:00 PM.

What's the food situation?

Answer

Cocktail hour has passed appetizers and a custom cocktail. Dinner is a plated two-course meal with a salad, your choice of entrée, and a dessert station. Full open bar all night. Barndiva has held a Michelin star, so the food is going to be great!
