Playa la Ropa

Picturesque beach located close to Casa Angelina and many boutique hotels. Great for a morning stroll, lounging in the sun, or grab lunch at one of the many beachside restaurants.

LOOT Surf & Lifestyle Store

Multi-dimensional cultural and arts hub with a gallery, restaurant, cafe and retail. Fantastic location any time of the day, and where the welcome dinner will be located. Excellent coffee. We mean REALLY excellent coffee. They're cafe has amazing breakfast and a food truck outside with really good burgs for lunch.

Playa las Gatas

Remote, but certainly not uncrowded beach across the bay from central Zihua. Can reach by boat taxi from the pier in town, or walkable from Casa Angelina down a steep hill. Lots of great seafood restaurants; Go snorkeling, grab a drink, get a massage.

Cuattro Cycle Coffee & Tea

Great spot in the middle of town to grab breakfast and coffee. Lots of tasty pastries, yumyum!

Playa La Saladita

REQUIRES CAR Remote surf beach roughly 40 minutes north of Zihuatanejo; great for longboarding. Even if you aren't surfing it's a great spot to hangout and grab lunch. Lourdes for a view of the surf or Doña Olí's for toes in your sand seafood.

Troncones

REQUIRES CAR Beautiful beachside town about 40 minutes north of Zihuatanejo. Super small town, but so lovely. Really fantastic restaurants, and some small boutiques. Yoga at Present Moment and amazing steak place called Indigo (Argentian steak!).

Angustina Mezcal & Cocina

We ate here once, fell in love with it, and now they are catering our wedding. Large selection of Mezcal and spectacular food!

Barra de Potosí

REQUIRES CAR Small isolated fishing village south of Zihuatanejo where the tropical jungle meets a large mangrove lagoon. Know for it's beach front restaurants and guided tours of local flora and fauna.
