To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before Saturday, August 9th, 2025. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVP received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your name would list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list "(your name) & Family" or "The (your last name) Family". When you go to RSVP you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
We'd love for our guests to join us in semi-formal or cocktail attire. For this time of year in the Colorado Mountains we would recommend a suit or a blazer with dress pants for the gentlemen. Ladies we would suggest a mid length dresses or elegant separates. Please no jeans!
Our ceremony and reception will both be indoors, but slightly open-air. The cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting.
The ceremony will be open seating so sit where you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are seated with those they know (or their plus one or partner).
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30 pm. We recommend guests arrive between 4:00-4:15 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception, so hang tight and we will see you at the cocktail hour! Thank you for understanding! Please note, there is limited cellular reception to and at the venue. Wi-Fi will be available upon arrival; however we would recommend downloading directions and an offline map ahead of time to ensure seamless travel to the venue.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
Yes! Beer, mead (honey wine), three specialty cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us!
We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
For our out of state guests, we would recommend flying into the Colorado Springs Airport, which is about a 45 minute drive to Woodland Park. Denver International Airport is quite a bit further away at a one and a half hour drive without traffic.
Parking is available onsite at the venue.
Ride share services like Uber and Lyft can be a bit hit-or-miss due to the venue's location. If you plan on drinking, we highly recommend arranging transportation ahead of time just to be safe. You're welcome to leave your car overnight at the venue free of charge and pick it up the following day.
