There is limited parking available at our venue and due to the steep drive up the mountain, we will be working with a shuttle service to provide transportation to and from the venue. The shuttle service is able to provide door-to-door pick up/drop off at several lodging options. A customized shuttle schedule will be created closer to the time of our event. While booking, feel free to reach out to us if you'd like to check if your choice of lodging is within the shuttle's radius!

There are many cabin rentals available in the Sevierville and Pigeon Forge area, which would be amenable to shuttle pick ups. Please see the Trillium guest hub or guidebook for several of these recommended cabin areas including: The Summit on Bluff Mountain (linked below), as well as Smokey Cove Resort. Hibernation Station Cabins, Bluff Mountain and Laurel Cove Cabins. **If interested in cabins, it is recommended to avoid cabins near Dollywood (Starr Crest Resort, Legacy Mtn, etc.) due to the high season and heavy traffic in this area. The shuttle is unable to transportation for this area. We have not reserved a specific hotel block, though some possible hotel options in Pigeon Forge are listed below. Additional hotel options are noted on the Trillium guest portal. While you are free to stay in Gatlinburg, the shuttles will be unable to provide door-to-door pickups/drop offs in this area.
