We want everyone to have the flexibility to stay where they prefer, whether that be a local hotel or cabin in the area! We do not have a reserved hotel block, but there are several hotels or cabins in the area near the wedding venue.

How do I get to the wedding venue?How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

We’ll have a shuttle offering door-to-door pick-up and drop-off from several nearby hotels and cabins (see our list of recommended accommodations). Alternatively, guests may be picked up from a designated central parking location. Please include your lodging details and email address when you RSVP, so we can coordinate pick-up and drop-off times. A customized shuttle schedule will be provided closer to the wedding date.

Answer

The venue is located at the top of a steep, winding mountain road. While the setting is beautiful, the drive can be challenging and parking is limited. We strongly encourage guests to use the provided shuttle service for convenience and safety. See our shuttle details and RSVP accordingly. The venue is ADA accessible, however, and we are happy to assist with any specific mobility needs—please reach out if you have questions or need accommodations.

Pre-ceremony seating will begin around 3:45-4:00 PM, however, if you will be using the shuttle service, we will provide your estimated pick up time closer to the ceremony date. Please remember to include your lodging info and email address with your RSVP!

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, our venue is quite limited in space. We kindly ask that you refrain from inviting any guests unless listed on the RSVP.

We love all the kids in our life! However, we want parents to be able to relax and enjoy themselves, so we have chosen to make our special day an Adults-Only event. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be any events before the wedding?Will there be any events before the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We’d love for you to join us for a Welcome Event at The Pines in downtown Sevierville the evening before the wedding, on Saturday September 13th. It’s a great chance to mix, mingle, and kick off the celebrations early! There will be light appetizers provided, along with games and duckpin bowling. Additional food and drinks will be available for purchase as well. Free parking is available across from The Pines on Court Avenue. https://thepinesdowntown.com
