Please arrive at 3:00 PM sharp. Security will not allow entry to the venue earlier, so punctuality is important. The latest arrival time is 3:30 PM. After that, no additional guests will be admitted to ensure smooth photography and videography. Please be prompt as late arrivals may disrupt our plans.

The dress code is formal attire. For the gentlemen, please avoid wearing blue suits or dusty blue. For the ladies, please refrain from wearing purple or white. We kindly ask that everyone adhere to these guidelines to maintain a cohesive and elegant aesthetic. For the post wedding reception Sunday, we ask for casual for photos.

This event is primarily an adult-only celebration. Due to venue restrictions and the lack of designated resting areas for children, we kindly ask that only those specifically advised to bring children do so. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.

The weather is expected to be sunny and a bit warm during the day, with cooler temperatures in the evening. We recommend bringing sunglasses, umbrellas, or fans to stay comfortable throughout the day.

The entire venue is outdoors, except for the dance floor, which is indoors but features large open doors to maintain an open-air feel.

Yes, parking will be available at the venue in two designated areas. Upon arrival, you will be directed to the appropriate parking location.

The reception will end at 10:00 PM sharp, as the venue is very strict about timing. Everyone must be out of the venue by 10:30 PM. However, we will continue the celebration at an after-party at the groom’s house. Please see the details on the after-party tab for more information.

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We have hired a professional three-person photography and videography team to capture the moments beautifully and authentically. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift, but if you would like to give, we kindly ask for a contribution to our honeymoon fund. We have put a lot of effort and resources into planning this two-day celebration, and your support would be greatly appreciated. We kindly suggest a minimum of $25 per family, if possible. Your generosity will help us create lasting memories on our honeymoon!

Yes, we will be hosting a post-reception lunch on Day 2 from 12 PM to 5 PM. This relaxed gathering will include lunch, drinks, and music. We encourage everyone to attend, as the wedding day itself will be quite busy for the bride and groom, leaving limited time for one-on-one conversations. The second day will be more laid-back and focused on connecting with everyone. Please note that children are welcome at this event. If you were unable to attend the wedding, we would still love for you to join us at the post-reception lunch. You do not need to arrive exactly on time since it’s an open event throughout those hours, but we would love for you to come early so we can spend more time together. The attire for the second day is casual.

Yes, you are more than welcome to attend the post-reception lunch on Day 2 even if you missed the wedding. We would still love to have you join us and spend time together. However, it is crucial that you RSVP to let us know if you will only be attending the post-reception lunch, so we can plan accordingly.
