When do we need to RSVP by?

What time should we arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving no later than 5 pm (30 minutes before the ceremony begins at 5:30 pm) to provide time for parking and seating.

Is there a strict time guests need to leave the veunue?

Answer

Yes. The venue has asked that guests leave by 11 pm.

How do you feel about phones during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask you keep your phones off and away during the ceremony. We have a very talented videographer and photographer who will be sure to capture the moment! We would love to to look through these memories without any iPhones sneaking their way into the shot. Thank you for understanding.

What will the temperature be like in Pagosa Springs during the wedding?

Answer

Fingers crossed for no rain! You can expect the daytime to be warmer and sunny and for the evenings to cool off a bit. A light jacket or cover up is recommended if you're one to get cold easily.

What shoes should be avoided?

Answer

We recommend you avoid pointy heeled shoes since the ceremony and reception will take place on the lawn. Dancing will be under a pavilion.

What beverages will be available?

Answer

The venue will provide non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages for our guests. All alcohol for the evening must be served at the bar.

What food will be provided for guests?

Answer

For dinner, we will have a fajita bar with multiple meat options as well as a vegetable-only option. Sides will be available as well including veggies, rice, beans, chips, and salsa. For dessert, we will have cupcakes including boston cream, earl grey lavender, apple pie, and chocolate peanut butter.

What does parking look like?

Answer

Paradise Ranch (our venue) has a parking lot off to the left as you drive up the driveway. You will then walk across the driveway to the ceremony site located behind the large cabin.

Will there be any transportation provided to and from the wedding?

Answer

No. Please plan to get yourself to and from the wedding safely. A full parking lot will be available, but we encourage you to carpool where it makes sense. Thank you!

Do you have a room block at a hotel?

Answer

We have a room block at Pagosa Lodge for up to 40 rooms. Please book reservations by April 23, 2022 in order to receive discounted pricing. Where are you registered?

Answer

We are only registered through Zola's website. You can view our wedding registry by clicking the "Registry" tab on the navigation menu at the top of this page. Some gifts are groups gifts and some gifts are single purchase gifts. These are items we feel we truly need and will enjoy most. Thank you for your generosity!
