Yes, everything will take place at the Aria Banquet Hall., the address is 45 Prospect, CT 06712. The ceremony will be outside in the garden, dinner and dancing will be inside the ballroom.

RSVPs will be tracked through the Zola website. Here you will be able to confirm your attendance and choose your dinner option.

Guests should begin arriving at 5:30 pm. Parking is free, there is a large parking lot available in the front of the building that includes ADA parking spaces.

We have a strict guest list to stay on our budget. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

We have an experience registry listed through the Zola website. We are requesting that funds go towards our honeymoon fund and the items listed on the site.

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #Bill&NatSwipedRight so we can keep track of all of your pictures!”

Where can I book a hotel room?

There is a hotel block reserved at the Courtyard Marriot for Carter/Simmons wedding guests. Rooms will be available with the discounted rate from July 2 - July 4 for $110 a night. Rooms at this rate will be available through June 5, 2021.
