Please wear semi-formal/cocktail party attire to the celebrations! Guests are not required to adhere to a specific color scheme (except, of course, to avoid wearing white).
Due to limited seating, we can only accommodate those listed in your RSVP portal. We're looking forward to celebrating with you!
On your RSVP, there will be a section to describe any specific restrictions you have. This information will be shared with our caterers, and we will ensure that the necessary accommodations are made.
We will have a shuttle running between Tavares Pavilion on the Lake and the Citrus Hotel. You can take this shuttle even if you are not residing at this location (i.e., if you are staying elsewhere but do not want to drive directly to the venue). There will be parking on-site.
The doors will open at 3:30 pm and close promptly at 4:30 pm. You will not be allowed into the ceremony space until the bride has made it to the altar. Please plan accordingly so you have time to park (if relevant) and choose your seat in the ceremony space.
We would like to have an unplugged wedding ceremony and encourage all of our guests to be present in the moment. We are working with a fantastic photographer who will be capturing the ceremony's events beautifully. However, we would love for you to begin capturing the events of the wedding in your own way after the ceremony!
