Our favorite spots on the way to Breckenridge are… Sasquatch Gas Station & Convenience Store in Central City They have THE best breakfast burritos Smokin Yard’s BBQ in Idaho Springs AMAZING BBQ! Quick in and out pit stop for lunch/dinner. It's always a treat for Nate & I. The line may be long with other hungry customers but don't worry, the line moves fast. The Town of Georgetown A cute picturesque mining town worth checking out. Saint Mary's Glacier in Alice A short beautiful hike where you can enjoy beautiful views of a lake and a glacier.

The gondola up to the base of the mountain is free. You can enjoy hanging around the base of the mountain to take in the views and grab lunch. There’s also a Fun Park including a roller coaster, zip line and a rock climbing wall; however tickets are required. If you’re making a road trip before or after our wedding, here are some awesome places to visit... Vail Vail Village is a picturesque ski resort with German influence. We recommend walking around town and taking a ride up the gondola. Hanging Lake Trail Nate & I have never done this hike, but Amanda says it’s her favorite in Colorado. Be sure to get there early though, the parking lot fills up fast! Aspen Similar to Vail, walking around the town of Aspen is a treat. For beautiful views, take a hike at the Maroon Bells (these mountains are the most photographed mountains in Colorado). Palisade Colorado Wine & Peaches Country! Nate, Amanda and I did a biking wine tour for our birthday’s this past year and it was so much fun. Other notable locations: Steamboat Springs, Buena Vista, Salida, Boulder, Fort Collins, Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Orvis, Ouray, Silverton, Durango & Utah
