At this point we are not requiring any COVID-19 measures (i.e. masks, proof of vaccinations, test results, etc.) However, we are monitoring the situation and our current stance is subject to change.
We encourage everyone to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception and share them with us! However, we ask that no phones are out during the ceremony. We have hired a very talented photographer and we do not want anyone getting in her way during the most special part of the afternoon.
This means that we ask all phones and personal cameras are kept off and away for the duration of the ceremony. We understand that everyone wants their own photos for their personal memories. However, in order to ensure that our photographer can get clear photos, we are asking guests to keep their phones and cameras tucked away. We will be sure to share the professional photos with anyone that asks!
Unfortunately, due to limited capacity at the venue, we are not able to accommodate additional dates beyond plus ones already permitted. If you are unsure if you have been given a plus one, reach out to Morgan or Nate!
Of course! Children were considered already as part of each invite per family.
We have organized a shuttle to pick guests up from the Hilton Inverness and bring people back at the end of the night.
While there is a small parking lot on the venue property, we highly recommend everyone use the shuttle provided from the hotel to ensure everyone's safety. We also request that the limited parking be left available to the vendors.
Formal cocktail. Think somewhere between standard cocktail and black tie. Women in dresses, suits, or pants that make them feel fancy, and men in suits or partial suits( i.e. tie or no tie). Keep in mind that it does get hot in Colorado! The ceremony will be on grass, the rest of the evening is indoors or on tiles or pavement.
Despite being near the mountains, Denver in June hovers in the 80s and 90s. It's a dry heat and the sun is intense, bring sunscreen! However, the weather is fairly unpredictable. We recommend packing for summer, but checking the weather the day before you leave and make sure you are prepared for any weather that may come in from the mountains.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be outside. The latter part of the reception will be inside.
Yes! There are no stairs at the venue so it very wheelchair and stroller friendly!
Denver isn't called the Mile High City for no reason! We are at 5,280 feet altitude. This means that your body will process alcohol very differently than at sea level. We want everyone to have as much fun as they want! Just be aware that one glass of wine here means something very different than at sea level. Drink a lot of water, and feel free to reach out to Morgan if you have any questions whatsoever.
If you are planning to explore the Denver area during your stay here, we recommend renting a car. Colorado has a lot of beautiful things for visitors to see, and most of them are not close to the hotel. However, if you plan on joining us for only the weekend, Uber and Lyft can get you from the airport to the hotel and back!
