At this time, we have blocked all rooms from Thursday, February 13th (check-in) to Sunday, February 16th (check-out) for all guests. However, you are welcome to stay however long you'd like! If you would like to extend your stay, please either let us know as soon as possible or you can also call the resort directly to update your accommodations. The resort requires a 25% deposit to hold your room and has set an expiration date of October 30th, 2024 for all deposits. We have sent prices to each guest/couple for their specific room deposit requirements. Please reach out to the resort individually via phone to pay your deposit by the due date. You can do so by letting them know that you are calling to pay your 25% deposit for the Cress wedding. The rest of your balance will be due at check-out.
Cape Santa Maria is not an all-inclusive resort. Therefore, food and drink prices will vary. Meal plan options are available, and information has been sent via email to all guests. If a meal plan is desired, all guests can select which meal plan they would like upon arrival. Groceries are also available for all rooms. However, Villas are the only room that have a full fridge. All other rooms have a mini fridge and limited storage. Menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and the beach house bar & patio can be found on the resort website. Please note that menus are subject to change. BEACH HOUSE RESTAURANT: Dinner reservations are required. In-house guest reservations are made at check-in, so there’s no need to pre-book. The Restaurant caters to those with food allergies and those with dietary restrictions. Please discuss your needs with the resort at check-in. You can expect temperatures to be warm/hot but comfortable. Daily high temperatures are around 79°F, rarely falling below 75°F or exceeding 82°F and daily low temperatures are around 70°F, rarely falling below 66°F or exceeding 74°F. Rainy season is in October (which the resort closes for) so we will hopefully be in the clear of all/most rain. For reference, on August 5, the hottest day of the year, temperatures in Bahamas typically range from 79°F to 88°F, while on January 15, the coldest day of the year, they range from 70°F to 79°F.
