Lindsay and I were in a small program together in college and so we had a LOT of classes together, which jump started the friendship that we have now. My friendship with Lindsay can basically be summed up with five words: movies, dessert, going outdoors, and teaching. I cannot count the number of movies we have bonded over or the amount of times we have convinced each other to go out for ice cream. And despite our tendencies to lounge around on the couch together, we have also been able to go on a fair share of adventures. I always feel completely comfortable around her. I don’t think I would have made it through college without her. And as I have moved onto the next phase of life I know that Lindsay is always there for whatever I could need. She is the greatest friend you could ask for.

I honestly can't remember if we met in middle school or high school, but whichever one it was we've been friends ever since. We laugh, play, talk, and even bump heads, but through the years what once was a friendship has become more of a brotherhood. Like a brother, you've been there for me when I've needed you and I can only wish the best for you and Lindsay.

Lindsay and I have known each other since our freshman year of high school. Throughout high school she was always someone I knew I could depend on, especially if I needed help in math or an extra pencil. In college we were roommates for all four years. I cannot really envision college without Lindsay. We really balanced each other out. She definitely taught me how to plan and organize better. She deserves an award for putting up with my mess sometimes. I am forever grateful for our countless adventures over the years. We always enjoy a fun day at the beach or a hike but we also love to just relax and watch movies. Lindsay is truly one of the most caring friends I have ever had and I cannot express how honored I am to be in her life and in her wedding.

Ever since my freshman year of high school, Nate and I have been the kind of friends that are comfortable acting like dorks even when others are around. We are the type to be slow to anger, yet quick to laugh at or with each other. If anything, Nate is a constant friend, always there bringing new perspectives and quality memes; two things I will always appreciate.

Lindsay and I met in college, while I knew her through her friendship with my roommate Natasha, I really got to know Lindsay when we became roommates for our junior and senior year at Sonoma State. Lindsay is a very generous and caring person and she will always be there for you. She was always sympathetic when I burnt my toast and was never fazed when the smoke alarm was set off from my amazing cooking skills. Lindsay’s skills never ceased to amaze me, whether making her own clothes or filling our house with smells of bread. I was most impressed when she took the title as the roommate olympics champ, taking 3 medals to my 1. Thank you Lindsay for always bringing fun into our house. This and many other of your qualities goes to show that you will make an amazing teacher and partner!

While most siblings were at each other's throats throughout their childhood, it was quite the opposite for Lindsay and me. We've had a loving relationship since the very beginning and it is because of this that we were so close to one another. Lindsay is and always will be one of my most trusted friends, not just my sister, and as she ventures into this new chapter of her life I could not be happier for her.
