Where is the ceremony site?

Answer

The ceremony is at one of the Union Hotel's properties, called The Trees. Parking is limited, so guests will need to park down at the restaurant parking lot at 3732 Main St, Occidental, CA 95465. Then we will have designated people shuttling everyone up to the ceremony site for the ceremony and then back down for the reception.

There are a lot of free parking spots in front of the Union Hotel and Restaurant.

Answer

We hope you can join us on our big day! Please let us know if you will be joining us by June 19 using the RSVP tab on this website. Please RSVP for The Big Event, and then any additional events that are listed that you're interested in attending. (More events to be listed as times and dates are worked out)

Be ready to have fun with us in semi-formal cocktail attire.

Your presence is gift enough for us, but since you asked our registry is with Amazon, and is linked on the registry tab on this website.

Will there be dancing and entertainment?

Answer

We are not the most avid dancers, but there will be some dancing happening. There will be a table with games to play as well, because we love our board games and the fun and conversations that happen while playing them.

Will there be food and drink?

Answer

There will be a lot of food. After the ceremony, we will start with appetizers, and at the reception we will have a big family-style Italian meal. To follow, we will have wedding cake and other dessert options. There will be an open bar with the house wines, beers, and sodas. If you want a cocktail you can head on over to the bar connected to the banquet room and purchase them there. We hope you are stuffed by the time you leave!

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block, but under the travel tab you can find some options of places to stay. Additionally, we will not be far from Santa Rosa, where there are more hotel options than what is available nearer to the wedding site.

What time do we need to be there?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 11:00 AM, so try to be at the parking lot by 10:35 so you can be shuttled up to the ceremony site by 10:45. We don't want you to miss all the fun!
