Preparing for our special day is such a joy, and we can't wait to celebrate with you! Kindly let us know if you can join by August 1st, 2025. A formal invitation will be sent closer to the event with a choice of meals and RSVP options for weekend events.

To ensure an intimate celebration, we are kindly requesting an adults-only wedding. All names for your party are listed on your invitation envelope and will appear on the wedding website when you RSVP. The Don CeSar does offer babysitting services on their website, if this is something you would like to look into!

We would love to accommodate everyone, but due to our venue’s limited capacity, only those listed on the invitation envelope and on the wedding website are invited. Thank you for understanding.

We kindly request formal attire — dresses for women and suits for men — be worn for our wedding ceremony and reception. The wedding ceremony will take place on the beach of The Don CeSar, and the reception will follow in the hotel's King Charles Ballroom. Business casual or semiformal attire is appropriate for Welcome Drinks on Friday, November 21st.

We highly recommend staying at The Don CeSar Hotel & Resort or their sister property, the Beach House Suites. If you would like to stay at The Don CeSar using our room block code (November 21st - 23rd, subject to availability), please email us at nateandalexa2025@gmail.com. All other lodging accommodations, including surrounding hotels in the St. Pete Beach area, Airbnbs, and Vrbos, will require self-coordinated transportation.

To ensure the utmost convenience for our guests, we have planned all wedding day events — including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception — at The Don CeSar. If you choose to lodge at an alternative location, we kindly ask that you arrange your own transportation to and from these events. There is on-site parking available at The Don CeSar. Additionally, guests can utilize Uber, Lyft, and a complimentary beach taxi service (link can be found in the Travel section).

Rideshare Services: Services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the Tampa-St. Petersburg Area. Taxis: Taxi services, such as Yellow Cab, can be found curbside outside the Baggage Claim level. Rental Cars: Various on-airport rental car companies are available. Don CeSar Hotel Shuttle: Airport and other transportation can be arranged in advance through The Don CeSar's front desk team. Additional fees apply and vary depending on the type of transportation requested.

3:45 PM: Please be seated for the wedding ceremony. 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Wedding ceremony takes place on the beach at The Don CeSar. 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Sunset cocktail hour at The Don CeSar. 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM: Reception at The Don CeSar in the King Charles Ballroom (5th floor), featuring dinner, drinks, and dancing! 9:30 PM: Sparkler exit to send off the newlyweds.
