Morgan is Alexa's not so little sister - she's more like a second mom than a sister! They are super close - except when it comes to sharing clothes. When they are home in Richmond together, they love spending time binge-watching Netflix, making late-night milkshake runs or sitting on FaceTime together until all hours of the night. Morgan graduated from JMU in May of 2019 and has plans of attending law school! She is OBSESSED with her cat, Ruth, and wants everyone to know it.
Curtis Coleman
Best Man
Curtis is one of Nate's closest friends and the two lived together throughout College and up until Nate moved in with Alexa. Curtis and Nate played football together at Randolph-Macon College and have been super close ever since. Curtis is a police officer for Henrico County and just got married this February to Alyssa, one of Alexa's bridesmaids! At their wedding, Nate was able to return the favor as Curtis's Best Man!
Tess McCormick

Tess is Alexa's best friend from college. Tess and Alexa were sorority sisters in Sigma Sigma Sigma and we would be lying if we said it was love at first sight. Their stubborn personalities and RBF's got their friendship off to a slow start but after bonding over their obsession for dogs and Taco Bell - they instantly clicked. Tess and Alexa lived together for a few years during their time at Radford and were "dreamgirls" for Theta Chi Fraternity together. After living in Austin, TX for the past 5 years and receiving her master's degree, Tess finally moved back to NOVA with her sweet pup Shay!
Austin Jupe

Austin is Alexa's younger brother but don't let that fool you - he still acts like the protective older brother. Because of this, he is not an easy one to win over when it comes to guys dating his sisters. So, luckily for Nate, he somehow ended up on Austin's good side and they have been like brothers ever since. These two can usually be found watching a comedy with a nice glass of bourbon in hand. Austin currently attends the University of St. Andrews in Scotland where he is studying Economics.
Alyssa Coleman

Alyssa and Alexa met through Nate and Curtis and immediately hit it off. Through their love of shopping, binge-watching trash tv, and a good girls night, Alyssa immediately became one of Alexa's best friends. Alyssa has always had Alexa's back and never turns down an opportunity to be there for anyone! Alyssa is a nurse in at MCV Hospital in Downtown Richmond, VA. She and her husband, Curtis, just recently got married on 02/29/20 where both Alexa and Nate were a part of their special day!
Byron Overstreet

Byron was Nate's mentor during his freshman year on the football team at Randolph-Macon College. He later became one of Nate's coaches and still to this day is an Offensive Line Coach at Randolph-Macon. He has been a huge role model in Nate's life and continues to be one of his closest friends. Byron lives in downtown Richmond with John and other former R-MC football players!
John Mosier

John is one of Nate's closest friends and the two met during their time at Randolph-Macon College playing football. John lives in downtown Richmond with some other former football players including Byron and works as a Staff Accountant for Myers & Stauffer LLC. We frequently make trips with him and his fiance, Liz to sporting events and the always amazing Duck Wine Fest. John & Liz are also getting married this August in Richmond, VA!
Haley Knicely

Haley and Alexa met during their time at Radford University. While they never crossed paths as students, they ended up both working together in the Alumni Relations Office following graduation and became great friends. Alexa has always looked up to Haley so much for her beautiful heart and her drive to always give back to others. Haley also just got married to her now-husband, Taylor, where Alexa was one of her bridesmaids as well! Haley lives in Mooresville, NC with her husband and are expecting their first child in September 2021!!!
Cameron Bell

Nate was Cam's mentor during their time on the football team at Randolph-Macon College. When Nate graduated, he passed his jersey number down to Cam to finish out the rest of his football career. Cam just graduated from R-MC this past May and was just recently married in May to his now wife, Taylor! Cam is probably the only other person in this world who loves sneakers just as much as Nate does!
Katie Wall

Katie and Alexa met through Nate and her husband, Lance and have been super close ever since! From beach trips to TJ Maxx splurges to football games to doggie play-dates, they instantly bonded. Alexa was Katie's Maid of Honor in her recent wedding back in July of 2019 in Windsor, VA! Katie & Lance live in Suffolk with their sweet pup, Josie!
Lance Wall

Lance and Nate met while both playing on the offensive line on the football team at Randolph-Macon College. Being similarly sized they were typically paired together during lifts and drills and developed the nickname of Nance. Lance works as a real estate appraiser in Suffolk, VA. He just got married to Katie (Alexa's bridesmaid) in July of 2019 where Nate was also one of his groomsmen!
Rachel Gross

Alexa and Rachel met in the beginning stages of her relationship with Nate and she has been there through it all! The two immediately bonded over their unhealthy obsessions with their dogs and the joy of a good Trader Joes haul. For a short time, Alexa and Rachel lived together with their dogs, Kato and Maximus - their house quickly became known as the DOG HOUSE. Rachel is a traveling nurse and currently living in Louisville, KY!
Joey Knoche

Nate and Joey met at Randolph-Macon College where they too were on the football team together. When it comes to their friendship, Joey is always the guy to call when they want to have a good time or need a laugh. Joey and Nate have been known to be frequent customers at the bar where Alexa and Nate first met! Joey also happens to be an avid lover of Jimmy Buffett with his favorite song being Cheeseburger in Paradise. They listened to that song nonstop the night Nate & Alexa met.
Liz Mosier

Alexa and Liz met through Nate and his friend, John. Through many late nights spent bonding over cucumber vodka while the boys played Mario Kart, to annual trips to Duck Wine Festival, they had no choice but to become friends! Liz also attended Randolph-Macon College with Nate where she was a part of the Women's Soccer Team. Liz and John were married this past August and Nate and Alexa were a part of their big day as well!
Tom Solak

Nate and Tom played football together in college at Randolph-Macon and met during freshman orientation. Nate & Tom frequently butted heads...literally on the playing field as Tom typically played defensive line opposite of Nate. In November of 2018, Nate was one of Tom's groomsmen at his wedding. Tom is currently a firefighter for Chesterfield County and lives in Mechanicsville, VA with his wife, Natalie and new son, Clay!
Hayley Walker

Hayley and Alexa have literally known each other since the beginning of time. They were neighbors for almost 21 years and went through every single stage of life together. From late night flashlight tag tournaments to daily Super Smash Brothers games and now on to Alexa's wedding! Hayley has been one of Alexa's closest friends and even though they no longer live right next door to each other, Alexa still considers Hayley very close to her heart. Hayley works in Marine Biology Research and is always setting sail off the coast somewhere! Alexa is super thankful she was able to make it to be apart of her special day!
William Coalson

William and Nate met during their time at Randolph-Macon College on the Football team. Both Nate & William have a similar passion for Chicago sports teams especially Da Bears and the Cubbies. William "Raul" Coalson enjoys a nice chilled glass of Margaritaville Silver Tequila after a long day. William currently works as a Real Estate Agent in Richmond, VA Give this man a shot of tequila, a little Despacito and watch him work!
Tom Buchanan

Nate and Tom played football together at Randolph-Macon College and it was love at first sight. They constantly bonded over various competitions such as one-on-ones in football and the occasional Super Smash Showdowns....which only lead to a few broken controllers and one TV. (MAY SHE REST IN PEACE) Tom currently works for Co-Star and working on getting his MBA from the University of Richmond.
