Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please ensure you RSVP by the given deadline. RSVP will close on June 30th, as our vendors must know an accurate headcount. If you don't RSVP by then, we will assume you are unable to attend. If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:45 pm to ensure you can attend and enjoy the ceremony. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm, and anyone who comes later than that, unfortunately, will be unable to participate. Please note that this will be an UNPLUGGED ceremony (no cell phones allowed) as there will be plenty of time for pictures at the reception and we have our lovely photographer capturing the ceremony :)

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

We are currently exploring the option of providing shuttle transportation for our guests. To help us plan, please indicate on your RSVP if you would be interested in using a shuttle. Details will be shared closer to the wedding if this option becomes available.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be limited parking on-site at the venue.

Is there parking at the Hyatt House Parsippany East hotel?

Answer

Yes, parking is included. Typically, there is a $15 fee, but for guests who book under our link/code, the fee is waived.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, we kindly ask that they do not attend the wedding as this will be a No Kid Wedding. Hopefully, they can enjoy a nice evening in, while the parents enjoy a nice evening out (you deserve it!)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those included in the formal invitation attend the wedding. If a plus-one is included, we will indicate this.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want you all to look and feel your very best! That being said, we kindly ask that you dress in evening formal attire. Our color scheme will reflect the autumn season (i.e., terracotta, rust, emerald, tan, burnt orange). Feel free to dress in that color scheme or not! We only ask to reserve white for one of the brides ;)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Of course! We will ensure that there are options for everyone; however, if you need an alternative option, please do not hesitate to reach out to us, and we will do our absolute best to accommodate.
