We met by pure chance on a little trivia app during our summer breaks. We were matched up in a duel that pitted our nerdy knowledge banks against each others'. After a few more close competitions, we began messaging, and... well... we haven't stopped since!

Being long distance, we had to cherish any and all time that we had to spend with each other in person. So, during the first holiday season we were able to spend some time together, we spent a lot of that time in a blanket fort. Five years later, after a morning of homemade chocolate chip pancakes and a day of shopping at HomeGoods, we finally made another blanket fort. In this cozy grotto, with warm mugs of tea in hand, Aves finally popped the question.
