Room reservations must be made exclusively through the booking website linked below. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR ROOM THROUGH THE HOTEL OR A THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE. Guests who book through these sites will not be permitted into the wedding or attend any wedding festivities at the resort. Unfortunately, this is hotel policy and there are no exceptions. Here are some important dates to remember when booking your room: 1st Deposit: Due day of booking 2nd Deposit: Due by October 8, 2025. Final Payment: Due by November 5, 2025. We strongly recommend booking roundtrip transportation from Cancun International Airport to the resort. Transportation can be added during the checkout process when reserving your rooms through our booking website. Please send your flight information to our Travel Agent, Abraham Araujo, by December 13, 2025 if you book transportation directly through the booking website. The closest airport to our wedding venue is Cancun International Airport (CUN). The airport is approx. 40 minutes from the resort. Quick tip: Use Google Flights to set up a price tracker for alerts on the best flight deals. We recommend booking your flight two to three months before the wedding to secure the lowest prices.
