Cocktail attire is preferred. Shorts, flip flops, and sneakers are not permitted.

Please use the booking website linked on the Travel & Stay page. The code to enter the booking site is 0129. The deadline to book your room is October 1, 2025.

AM I LIMITED TO ONLY 3 NIGHTS?
Answer
A minimum 3 night stay is required, but you may extend your trip if you wish to continue the fun before or after the wedding! This can be done during booking. The group rate is valid three days before and three days after the room block dates. If you plan to extend your trip further than those dates, then price and availability will vary.

ARE PLUS ONES ALLOWED?
Answer
Yes, we would be delighted for you to bring a guest. You can add your plus one’s name when you RSVP.

WHEN SHOULD GUESTS ARRIVE/DEPART?
Answer
We recommend that guests arrive on Tuesday and depart on Friday or Saturday. Guests are welcome to extend their trip to explore and enjoy Cancun.

ARE THERE AIRPORT TRANSFERS?
Answer
We recommend arranging airport transportation to and from the resort in advance to ensure you're using a trusted and reliable service. Finding transportation at the airport can be overwhelming. You can add your transfer for an additional cost in the booking website during the checkout process. Alternatively, you can book through the recommended transportation services listed on the "Travel & Stay" page (it may be less expensive!). IMPORTANT: Please make sure to send your flight information for transportation (if booked through the booking website) by December 13, 2025, to our Travel Agent.

With your all-inclusive stay, you have unlimited access to free breakfast, lunch, dinner, alcoholic drinks, and soft beverages. Free sports activities, free daily entertainment, and access to the beach!

DO I NEED TO MAKE DINNER RESERVATIONS AT THE RESORT?

Dinner reservations are recommended but not required. You can make dinner reservations through the Palladium Hotel Group App on IOS or Android. You can also make dinner reservations at the time of check-in, but reservations may be limited.

CAN I LEAVE THE RESORT DURING MY TRIP?
Answer
We advise that you stay at the resort during the duration of your trip so that you don't miss any of the pre and post wedding activities (Refer to the "Schedule" tab for the itinerary). However, for my adventurous people, you are welcome to leave the resort to explore Cancun and the Riviera Maya.

IS A PASSPORT REQUIRED?
Answer
Yes! If you don't already have a valid passport, you will need to obtain one to travel to Mexico. If you already have a passport, check to make sure it will be valid for 6 months post departure. It could take up to 4 to 6 weeks to process and receive your passport.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE IN JANUARY?
Answer
January is a great month to visit Cancun: the weather is warm, ranging from mid 70s º F to low 80s º F with little to no rain, and typically cool waters.

WHAT IS THE CURRENCY IN MEXICO?
Answer
The currency in Mexico is the peso, but the US dollar is also accepted in most areas. You can exchange currency before your trip at a bank or credit union. You can also exchange currency at the airport, though airports often charge higher transaction fees.
