HOW DO I RSVP AND WHEN IS THE DEADLINE?

Answer

The RSVP link will become available on this website 6 to 8 months before the wedding. An RSVP notice will be sent to guests. In the meantime, feel free to navigate through the website for information about the wedding to help you prepare if you plan on attending. Please RSVP no later than October 1, 2025.

Yes, you must book your Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres stay through our booking website to join the wedding festivities. * Note: Flights must be booked individually. CAN I SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN?

Answer

You can make payments as detailed below by the following deadlines: 1st Deposit ($150 minimum to reserve your room): Due day of booking 2nd Deposit (50% of total): Due by October 8, 2025. Final Payment (remaining balance): Due on November 5, 2025.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Answer

Guests can cancel their room reservation by October 8, 2025 to receive a full refund. After this date, room cancellations are non-refundable. Please contact our Travel Agent for any questions.

AM I LIMITED TO ONLY 3 NIGHTS?

Answer

A minimum 3 night stay is required, but you may extend your trip if you wish to continue the fun before or after the wedding! This can be done during booking. The group rate is valid three days before and three days after the room block dates. If you plan to extend your trip further than those dates, then price and availability will vary.

ARE PLUS ONES ALLOWED?

Yes, we would be delighted for you to bring a guest. You can add your plus one’s name when you RSVP.

WHEN SHOULD GUESTS ARRIVE/DEPART?

Answer

We recommend that guests arrive on Tuesday and depart on Friday or Saturday. Guests are welcome to extend their trip to explore and enjoy Cancun.

ARE THERE AIRPORT TRANSFERS?

Answer

We recommend arranging airport transportation to and from the resort in advance to ensure you're using a trusted and reliable service. Finding transportation at the airport can be overwhelming. You can add your transfer for an additional cost in the booking website during the checkout process. Alternatively, you can book through the recommended transportation services listed on the "Travel & Stay" page (it may be less expensive!). IMPORTANT: Please make sure to send your flight information for transportation (if booked through the booking website) by December 13, 2025, to our Travel Agent.

With your all-inclusive stay, you have unlimited access to free breakfast, lunch, dinner, alcoholic drinks, and soft beverages. Free sports activities, free daily entertainment, and access to the beach!

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY FLIGHT?

Answer

The best time to book your flight to Cancun is two to three months in advance. Quick tip: Use Google Flights to set up a price tracker for alerts on the best flight deals.

DO I NEED TO MAKE DINNER RESERVATIONS AT THE RESORT?

Answer

Dinner reservations are recommended but not required. You can make dinner reservations through the Palladium Hotel Group App on IOS or Android. You can also make dinner reservations at the time of check-in, but reservations may be limited.

CAN I LEAVE THE RESORT DURING MY TRIP?

Answer

We advise that you stay at the resort during the duration of your trip so that you don't miss any of the pre and post wedding activities (Refer to the "Schedule" tab for the itinerary). However, for my adventurous people, you are welcome to leave the resort to explore Cancun and the Riviera Maya.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE WEDDING?

Answer

Cocktail attire or formal “summer attire” is preferred. Women: dresses, skirts, suits, or jumpsuits. For shoes, heels, dressy heel sandals, chunky heels, wedge, and flats are acceptable footwear options. Men: A sports jacket or breathable blazer, although a jacket or suit isn’t required. For shoes, they should be a close-toe option (no sneakers). Shorts, flip flops, and sneakers are not permitted.

WILL THE BEACH CEREMONY BE ON THE SAND?

Answer

No, the beach ceremony will be on the beach deck. The floor will be a hard surface.

WHAT ESSENTIALS SHOULD I PACK?

Answer

Here's a helpful checklist to guide you: Travel documents: passport, ID, travel insurance, etc. Swimwear Sunglasses: With UV protection. Beach bag or tote. Reusable water bottle: Staying hydrated is crucial! Sunscreen: High SPF reef-safe if you’ll be snorkeling (buying sunscreen at the resort is $25!) Insect repellent: Especially for evenings or jungle excursions. Aloe vera gel: For soothing sunburns. Medications: Bring any prescription meds and a small first-aid kit. Hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipes. Extra cash for tip (tipping is not necessary but it's great to show your appreciation to the helpful attendants).

IS A PASSPORT REQUIRED?

Answer

Yes! If you don't already have a valid passport, you will need to obtain one to travel to Mexico. If you already have a passport, check to make sure it will be valid for 6 months post departure. It could take up to 4 to 6 weeks to process and receive your passport.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE IN JANUARY?

Answer

January is a great month to visit Cancun: the weather is warm, ranging from mid 70s º F to low 80s º F with little to no rain, and typically cool waters.

WHAT IS THE CURRENCY IN MEXICO?

Answer

The currency in Mexico is the peso, but the US dollar is also accepted in most areas. You can exchange currency before your trip at a bank or credit union. You can also exchange currency at the airport, though airports often charge higher transaction fees.

Your outfit should be all or mostly white. This is a casual event.
