If you are planning on joining us for the entire weekend, the venue will begin allowing guests onsite at 4:00 pm on Friday August 13th. If you are part of the wedding party or we have contacted you and let you know that you have a cabin space reserved for you or you are camping at the venue, you can use this time to check in and get settled.
BBQ

FYI: PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN RSVP'ING, THIS BBQ IS FOR FRIDAY NIGHT (8/13). There will be a catered dinner on Saturday night. If you plan to join us just for Saturday, please RSVP no for the BBQ. There is a separate RSVP page for attending the wedding on the next page! :). For those of you that are planning on attending both Friday and Saturday, the bbq will be served around 5 pm. Once you're settled into your cabins/RVs/campsites, make your way over to the common area and grab a tasty beverage at the bar. For those of you staying offsite in hotels, we would love to have you join us for the BBQ! Please feel free to head on up to the venue anytime after 4 pm. There will be vegetarian and vegan options at the BBQ on Friday.

Cocktail hour will begin at 3:30 pm and the ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. For those staying offsite, you are welcome at the venue at anytime during the day. Come on up and enjoy the beautiful property with us!
Dinner and celebration

Following the ceremony, we will have beverages and hor d'oeuvres for you to sip and snack on. Dinner will be served at 6:00 pm. Vegan and vegetarian options will be available. Just FYI - The property managers ask that anyone not staying onsite, vacate by 11:30pm.
